Received used curtains and irregular bedding

This is the worst purchase I have made with Loom and Mill, the curtains came in two separate deliveries, one was balled up in a plastic bag and had been used, the second was new, the bedding has stitching on the top of the comforter which makes it look tacky. I will buy again but im stuck with these products, not happy
